Naturally, consulting activities are organized in teams. We have made a point of anchoring this practice in the culture of our company. Several events, routines and tools are implemented to promote expertise and experience transfers.
Every year, OCYO organizes a kick-off seminar that enables people to meet in a festive environment. This event also gives the managing team the opportunity to share the past year’s achievements, and to set guidelines for the year to come.
Every two months, a team meeting takes place to talk about the daily life within the company. This meeting also enables consultants to share their experiences about ongoing assignments. Traditionally, this meeting ends with a cocktail.
Twice a year, the entire team gathers for a few days in an informal setting, breaking the routine of the day-to-day work. The event is organized to share leisure time and strengthen the bonds within the team.
Knowledge Transfer Base
In order to facilitate knowledge transfer, owners are identified on company key offers, sectors and tools. They are in charge of building up our company knowledge base.
Beyond the classic email communication, innovative collaborative tools (chat, time share, content collaboration,…) allow us to better interact with each other and always stay connected.

As you join the OCYO team, you are assigned an internal Coach.
When arriving, you will be assigned a Coach within the management team. They will listen to you and guide you all along your career. They will assist you during your evaluation, projection and training interviews.

Excellence requires commitment but also training. In order to do so, we provide a continuous training program with a dedicated day once a month. In addition, we also offer tailor-made sessions according to your development status and/or your assignment requirements.

The company provides a maturity grid which allows you to monitor your progress, but also to define with transparency your warranted grade, with the associated wage package. In addition to your fixed salary, the wage package includes a variable wage, linked to collective and individual performance.
